Now offering In-person Therapy!

58 Second Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11215

  • Whether its weekly or for a one-off session, I invite you to start attending therapy in person at my Gowanus office.

My office is cozy (small) but it includes everything you need to settle in comfortably for your session.

The office is equipped with a HEPA air filter, and there’s a waiting room and restrooms conveniently located just across the hall.

Photos of the space can be found below.

  • In-person therapy offers unique advantages that are difficult to replicate online. Here are just a few:

    • A dedicated space for healing
Just as therapy offers a safe emotional container for your thoughts and feelings, the therapy office serves as a physical container—free from the distractions and associations of everyday life. Stepping into this space signals a shift: this time is just for you.

    • A fuller connection
As your clinician, I gain a deeper understanding of your needs when I can experience your presence in person—not just as a face on a screen, but as a whole person, grounded in the room with me.

    • Increased privacy and fewer interruptions
You no longer have to worry about who might overhear from the next room, whether your internet will cut out, or if a delivery, barking dog, or construction noise will disrupt your session.

  • Our office is located in Gowanus at 58 Second Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11215.

    Getting here is easy:

    • By subway: Take the F, G, or R lines

    • By bus: The B61 stops nearby

    • By foot: We’re within walking distance of Park Slope, South Slope, and Carroll Gardens

Parking is limited so I do not recommend driving. The office is up one flight of stairs and the building doesn’t have an elevator.

  • If you have the time, consider exploring the area! Here are a few of my favorite spots:
